Shall I get a dedicated customer support for critical patients?

We allocate a dedicated nursing manager for all cases who subscribe to our packages Criticare (CCR), Post Hospitalization Care (PHC) and Long Term Care (LTC). For more details kindly contact our sales executives on our helpdesk number.

How do I get my refund processed?

For cases where our customer service executive have advised a refund is due from Carefirst, they will guide you on the refund process.

Will your technician give us a training how to use medical equipment that we purchase or rent?

Our technician will give you a demo and training for the equipment they bring over for installation at your residence.

Where are Carefirst services available now and what are your expansion plans?

We have offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

We will commence our operations in Ahmedabad, Pune and Vizag soon

What tasks shall Carefirst nurse do and what are outside the scope?

.Our nurses and clinicians will do medical and patient-related work as agreed in the scope of work during patient onboarding. They won’t do non-medical and non-patient related work like general housework (washing, cleaning, cooking etc.) or run errands around the patient’s residence.

Can I put in my preference for languages spoken and other details while booking a nursing service?

Yes, of course you can. It is our endeavour to have a range of language capabilities among our frontline associates. We also try to have a diverse set of skills and gender mix in our service associates.

Kindly note, we will be able to fulfill your valid individual requests subject to demand levels prevalent at that time.

How do I access the terms and conditions of Carefirst services and packages?

How is a medical nurse different from an attender nurse?

A medical nurse is someone with an ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification or BSc Nursing degree. Whereas an attender nurse is someone without a nursing qualification but with experience in handling patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs).

There are regulations which define the activities that only a medical nurse can do, and an attender nurse cannot.

Can I discontinue my physiotherapy package and get a refund?

It is advised to complete the full physiotherapy regimen as advised by the senior physiotherapist.

However, in specific cases, this may be required to be curtailed or revised.

Our physiotherapist will advise you on this and guide you on the refund process where necessary.

Will Carefirst help my patient get admitted in our chosen hospital if the situation so arises?

We provide our package customers with Emergency Hospital Readmission Assistance with our partner hospitals in the locations we operate.

Please note this is subject to the treating doctor’s advice and availability of beds at the concerned hospital.

What modes of payment do you support?

We support almost all available modes of payment like fund transfer through netbanking, credit and debit card, UPI etc.

My account was debited but I have not got payment acknowledgement from Carefirst, what shall I do?

Please get in touch with the sales or customer service executive who you had interacted with for the specific transaction. They will help you receive the payment acknowledgement at the earliest.

Do I have to pay upfront while buying a service or package from Carefirst?

To help you receive the best of home healthcare at all times we request you to pay in advance.
