A medical nurse is someone with an ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification or BSc Nursing degree. Whereas an attender nurse is someone without a nursing qualification but with experience in handling patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs).
There are regulations which define the activities that only a medical nurse can do, and an attender nurse cannot.

It is advised to complete the full physiotherapy regimen as advised by the senior physiotherapist.
However, in specific cases, this may be required to be curtailed or revised.
