I rented a 10L O2 concentrator for an 84 yr old patient. Bharanidharan was good and communicated well on the terms. Iam happy with the service. Overall good support and service

I used the product of Oxygen concentrator Bipap and arranged by the executive Mr. Bharani and way he approached and responded my query is very nice and while we are in critical situation delivered above products on time and waiting till the patient from hospital and did the setup. But unfortunately my relative passedaway within 2 hours.

I took sleep study level 3 from carefirst home healthcare.My friend reffer shalini she came with proper solution.She did a study with good condition equipment and she provided the report within 2 hours.I felt really happy.Thank you.

Staff name Bharanidhan who supplied equipment bipap dream station was so superfast in delivering the equipment and me being first time user he explained in detail how to use the machine even after asking so many repeated questions.

Have taken Resmed Stellar 150 on rent from Carefirst Home Health. The service was pretty quick and the device was brought to the hospital by there Executive Mohan Kumar for testing and explantion purpose.

Overall services were good and patient was taken care but we had to help initially for few days also. Sujit was the nurse who was helping us. He even accompanied my husband when my father in law passed away and was there until all the funeral services were complete. We are happy with the services Nursing services was taken care.

Uday Biswas is a very good nurse. He took extreme care of my mom during the procedure of IV Injection. He was not in a hurry rather more focussed on patient's comfort. Thanks for your service !

Sorry for the late post.When my mom wanted nursing care at home . We looked out to care first. They assigned experienced nurse Pooja Gupe. She was very polite , adjustable , smiling always and knew everything about medical. Pooja is passionate about providing outstanding patient care. Her patients describe her as “wonderful” and “kind.”She really looked after my mom very well.My mom was also very attached to her. She stayed for almost 2 months. We had to replace her as she had viral infections due to weather change. Parbina ( care taker & nurse) gave exceptional care and positive impact every day for my mother.She was very sweet and adjustable. She really cared for my mother . Mr Selvam is also very helpful and been very proactive in attending our calls . Thank you so much 😊

Mr Selvam is very courteous and responsible. He ensures that patient is comfortable with their staff. Whenever I was uncomfortable with their nursing staff, immediately she was replaced without any questions asked. Patient is priority for him. I have recommended his services to many other.

I took help for multiple services like nursing staff, physiotherapy for my mother after her total knee replacement. We are happy with the quality of the service. Yesterday nurse Puja visited home to change my mother's foley catheter. She was very professional and did the job cleanly.
