We had a good experience with the service being provided. Mr.Aditya has been very helpful in answering all our queries patiently. We have been using an oxygen concentrator for the last 5 months. For the first month we opted for the machine on rent and it was delivered on time and the pricing was very competitive and best in market. Later the next month we decided to buy a new one, the team helped us in selection of the machine and quuck delivery and demo. Recently in July 2024 when we had an issue with the machine, we reached out to Mr.Aditya, he patiently heard us and guided us on the steps to rectify the issue and it is working now. Oxygen concentrator or for that matter any medical equipment, we need quality service and thats what i can vouch for them after my personal experience.

I have contacted Care First, Hyderabad for Care Giver Services for my Wife who has undergone Knee Replacement Surgery for both Knees. I have received very good response and Mr. Lakshman & Ms. Koteswari have provided Excellent Care Giver named VAISHNAVI. She is giving excellent service. First I want to have the Service for One Month only, but after observing the Service of Vaishnavi, I have decided to have one more month also. This Service was started from 01st July, 2024. My mother is in the hospital and needed a Bipap machine. Ours was faulty so we chose to rent one from Carefirst. The bipap machine was delivered by Samar, a technician from Carefirst, who took care of the setting process and explaining the setup to the hospital staff. Thanks a lot!
