Nilanjan joined us towards the end of december to take care of my father who was just recovering from our stroke. When we joined, we imagined his duties would only be along the lines of taking care of my father and ensuring he took his tablets on time and properly. Unfortunately my father suffered a mini stroke and then in the course of tests at the hospital, we found that he had advanced stage four cancer changing the whole spectrum of needs which my dad had. Its been 6 months since Nilanjan has started taking care of dad and he has calmly and willingly handled all the challenges that have come his way as we moved from post stroke care to advanced cancer care to palliative care . He is passionate, kind and caring and we are truely grateful for his help at this time and we consider him as part our our family. The doctors we consult with have also been very happy and impressed with the care and dedication he brings to his role and the same sentiment has been reflected by all our relatives who came to visit.
